We continue to remain open and provide care for your pets as we have done throughout the pandemic. However we are incredibly busy and to allow us to continue to provide the highest level of care, we have had to shut our books to all new clients who currently have veterinary care in place already .
We will be allowing clients in with their pets - masks or face coverings are not required but you might see some staff wearing masks on occasion. There is no need to call before you come in.
We are minimising cash payments and will not be accepting any cheque payments - it will be card/Applepay/Googlepay payments only.
If anyone in your household has tested positive for Covid, please inform us as soon as possible before you arrive. If the appointment is not urgent it may be rescheduled.
These protocols are reviewed regularly.
These measures are in place to try to protect both staff and clients and to enable the practice to remain open. Please continue to treat staff courteously and respect any requests or decisions made by the staff.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS :- Please order 24 hours in advance. Call when you are in the car park and we will take payment/drop the medication outside for you.
Please call if you have any questions or if you are worried about your pet. Always call in advance before coming down to the surgery. Please DO NOT attend the surgery if you are self-isolating or have any flu-like symptoms - call us for advice. This is a rapidly evolving situation and the above protocols may change at short notice, especially if our vets or nurses become unwell. We may have shorter opening hours, especially at weekends when we may need to close early, or close completely at short notice - please call to check.
